We know that a good real estate agent wants to provide referrals for their clients and still retain their relationships. A prospective seller who decides to keep a property and rent it instead may ask their agent about property management services, and it's hard to know how to respond. 

Unlike many large property management companies nationwide, Orange Door isn't in the business of taking clients from their agents. ODPM does not include any small print agreements about retaining a homeowner's business in the event of an eventual sale. On the contrary, if an owner decides to sell their property, we take care of notifying tenants and closing out rental business, but return the homeowner to their referring agent for listing.
