We know how important it is to protect your asset and your investment, this is why we at Orange door take the tenant screening process very seriously. 

Thorough screening is crucial to successful Property Management. ODPM requires all applicants to fillout a detailed application and submit it for processing/approval. All applicants will be screened through Rental Research Inc. .This company conducts a careful review of their credit, income, and tenant history or ownership. All applicants must submit verifiable information on their income to show they can support the property. Rental history or previous home ownership is carefully checked. Cross-referencing all three areas credit, tenant history, and income - provides the answers to qualify or disqualify

prospective applicants. Rental Research Inc. will gather and screen all applications and we will provide you with all information provided.  You as the owner will ultimately choose the tenants that will rent your property, we will provide all of the data to help make that decision as easy and as educated as we can.
